Do you accept any returns or exchanges?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. 

What if my package is lost, stolen or delayed?

Unfortunately, once your package is released to the shipping carrier, we are no longer held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages. Please contact your local post office for any concerns you may have with your order. We offer shipping insurance through Shipsurance which may be added to your order prior to checkout. Additionally, most shipping carriers offer up to $200 of insurance. 

What if my package arrived broken?

We will offer store credit for the broken item. Buyer must send a proof of broken item within 48 hours of delivery date.
